Bangkok Land Hosts Grand Merit-Making Ceremony! Offering Alms to Monks
and Conducting a Brahmin Ritual to Bring Prosperity at Ruamjai Fresh Market, Muang Thong Thani

Bangkok Land Public Company Limited, one of Thailand’s leading real estate developers, led by Mr. Pinyoh Thongjua, General Manager of Bangkok Land Agency Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Bangkok Land), along with the management team, employees, and Muang Thong Thani residents, organized a grand merit-making ceremony to uphold the long-standing tradition of Tak Bat Thewo (alms-giving ceremony) in celebration of the end of Buddhist Lent 2024.

The event featured a sacred procession in which a Buddha image was carried to lead nine monks who received alms offerings at the ceremonial area of Ruamjai Fresh Market.

In addition, a Brahmin ritual was held to pay homage and invite divine blessings from deities and the god Yama. The ceremony included traditional dance and musical performances, creating an auspicious atmosphere to mark the expansion of Ruamjai Seafood Market. The event also aimed to uplift the spirits of local vendors and the Muang Thong Thani community, wishing them prosperity, happiness, and thriving businesses for years to come.
