MSM Hosts “MSM Town Hall 2025: New Frontier”
Showcasing a Bold Vision for the Future Driven by Innovation
and Celebrates Achievement of ISO 41001 and ISO 9001 International Certifications

Muang Thong Services and Management Co., Ltd. (MSM), a subsidiary of Bangkok Land Public Company Limited (BLAND), hosted the grand “MSM Town Hall 2025” event under the theme “New Frontier,” symbolizing a step into a new world filled with opportunities and challenges in the era of innovation. The event showcased the company’s vision and commitment to sustainable growth and organizational development, emphasizing the importance of advancing technology alongside sustainability.

One of the highlights of the event was the official certification ceremony for ISO 41001 in Facility Management and the renewal of ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management Systems, both awarded by Bureau Veritas (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a world-renowned leader from France specializing in inspection, analysis, and product certification. These achievements reinforce MSM’s dedication to effective, transparent, and sustainable management practices.

Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, CEO of Bangkok Land Public Company Limited, stated:

“I am delighted to witness the remarkable growth of MSM and immensely proud that today we have been awarded internationally recognized certifications — ISO 41001 and ISO 9001. These are not easy to achieve and reflect our strong commitment to operating under systematic and globally recognized standards. This is crucial in building trust among our customers and business partners. I would like to thank the entire MSM team for their hard work and dedication that made this success possible. This achievement also serves as a driving force for the development of Muang Thong Thani into a true Smart City.”

He also highlighted the significance of the Pink Line Monorail Extension, a major milestone that will greatly enhance transportation and the overall potential of Muang Thong Thani. The extension is scheduled to open for free service for 30 days at the end of May.

Additionally, MSM is integrating AI-driven innovations into city management, such as an AI-powered CCTV traffic management system to improve traffic efficiency. Looking ahead, Bangkok Land has plans to invest in hotel development, with the first phase of construction — totaling 1,000 rooms — set to begin early next year. Once completed, this will increase the total number of rooms to 2,000, with a long-term target of 5,000 rooms to accommodate visitors attending various events at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, while also creating jobs and generating income for the local community.

Ms. Prapatsara Nimmantevin, General Manager of MSM, added:

*“Over the past 33 years, MSM has proven that what many considered impossible, we have made possible. Our work is not just about upgrading infrastructure — it’s about truly enhancing the quality of life for people living in our serviced areas. Last year, we successfully completed several key infrastructure improvement projects, including replacing elevators, installing underground power lines, upgrading sidewalks and walkways, and launching the ‘Smarty Application’ to fully transition from paper-based processes to a *100% digital workflow.”

She also revealed that MSM’s revenue from services beyond property management has grown significantly, rising from 17% three years ago to 51% in 2024.

“We remain committed to continuously developing residential projects, office buildings, and various service areas with great care and by leveraging digital technology. Our mission is to drive Muang Thong Thani towards becoming a true Smart City,” she concluded.
