Bangkok Land Wins Award for “Eco-Friendly Housing Development Project”
at the National G-Green Certification Ceremony

Bangkok Land Public Company Limited, one of Thailand’s leading real estate developers, reaffirms its commitment to environmental and social responsibility by winning the Excellent Award (Gold G) in the category of “Eco-Friendly Housing Development Project” at the National G-Green Certification Ceremony.

On this occasion, Ms. Prapatsara Nimmantevin (left), General Manager of Muang Thong Services and Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary with over 30 years of expertise in building management, received the prestigious award from Mr. Jatuporn Buruspat (right), Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, who graciously presided over and presented the awards at this year’s ceremony.

The G-Green Certification Ceremony aims to raise awareness about the efficient and sustainable use of resources and energy, while promoting effective environmental management, waste and pollution control, and supporting Thailand’s transition towards a low-carbon economy and society, as well as mitigating the impacts of climate change.

This year, Bangkok Land Public Company Limited earned this prestigious recognition in the category of “Eco-Friendly Housing Development Project” for two projects: Lake View Condominium (Superior Building) and Popular Condominium (T7) Muang Thong Teacher Building 7.

This award reflects the company’s strong commitment to developing environmentally friendly residential projects and enhancing sustainable living standards.
