Cosmo Office Park seals major deal. AIS 3BB Fibre3 leases space, pushing occupancy to 70%.

Cosmo Office Park, a prime office rental project in the heart of Muang Thong Thani, developed by Bangkok Land Public Company Limited, has announced a major milestone with a significant deal closure with AIS 3BB Fibre3. This decision underscores the project’s exceptional potential. The location offers seamless accessibility via expressways and the Pink Line extension, which is currently in trial operation and directly connects to Muang Thong Thani. The area also provides affordable living costs and supports a well-rounded lifestyle. The decision was driven by several key factors: large floor plates that promote collaboration, a load capacity of up to 1.5 tons per square meter to support
heavy equipment, and a prime location next to Cosmo Bazaar, which offers a variety of affordable dining and retail options, as well as ample parking.
Enhanced accessibility via the MRT Pink Line - featuring two new stations directly connecting to Muang Thong Thani and a covered skywalk- further improves
commuting convenience and improves a better work-life quality.
